WSM was part of a challenging yet rewarding project named the PSE&G Fairmount Art Wall in Newark, NJ, in which WSM had the opportunity to work alongside renowned architect David Adjaye and a team of 13 esteemed artists, including 7 local artists from the Newark community. Managing artist production and payments with my father Cecil H. Sanders Jr. now deceased, who was well accomplished and respected in the Newark community, not only honed our managerial skills but also provided invaluable insights into experiential architecture and creating communal spaces.
